Admission Information

DHACSS Ph IV Campus is a welcome place for students from diverse backgrounds and encourage families to apply for admission. We offer programs for students from Montessori to Matriculation, and our admission process is designed to help us get to know each student as an individual. Admission Procedure

• Admission Form and Entrance Test Syllabus with the scheduled test date will be issued to the parent on the production of birth certificate, and Rs. 1000 pay order to be made in the name of school.
• Parents should submit the Admission Form within 3 days of the date of issuance.

Documents to be Provided

After confirmation of Admission, following documents have to be submitted by the parent.

• • Birth Certificate ( NADRA)
  • B Form NADRA (Photocopy)
  • School Leaving Certificate (Original)
  • Progress Report Card (Photocopy)
  • 4 recent photographs with blue background 1 ½ x 1 ½ .
  • Service letter (Armed Forces Personnel, DHA/CBC employee)
  • CNIC copy of parents.
  • Submit pay order of the fee amount within 3 working days in the accounts department. Otherwise, the admission will be cancelled.
